By using Moonfox you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Who uses Moonfox
Moonfox is set up and managed by a parent or guardian, who must be an adult. You're responsible for the child profile, the settings and how the app is used in your home, including screen time and bedtime.
What Moonfox is
Moonfox uses AI models to write, illustrate and narrate personalised bedtime stories. Every story and picture is checked against safety rules made for young children before it is shown. AI can still get things wrong: a sentence may be odd, or a picture may not match. If something isn't right, report it from the app and we'll look at it. Stories are for entertainment and comfort. They are not medical, educational or sleep-therapy advice.
Subscriptions
Moonfox includes a small number of free new stories, and Moonfox Premium adds more. Prices, the billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start a free trial and don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription begins.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its media services terms.
Stories you've already made stay yours to replay even after a subscription ends.
Fair use
Every story takes real computing time, so plans include a generous but limited number of new stories. If use looks automated or abusive, we may rate-limit or suspend access.
Your content
The profile details you enter, any photo you choose for a new friend, and the recordings relatives make stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to make and deliver your stories. The stories, pictures and narration Moonfox makes for you are for your family's personal, non-commercial use.
Photos and recordings of other people
Only photograph toys, pets or drawings. Photos with a person in them are refused. Only invite someone to record a family goodnight if they agree to it, and don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
Availability and liability
Moonfox is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that every story will suit your child. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep your statutory rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll mention it in the app before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
